FAQS

is it a good choice for quiet play?

Cheeky Hamster is made for silly, sound-filled play. Save it for daytime fun rather than bedtime or quiet spaces. If your child is sensitive to unexpected sounds, let an adult demonstrate it first.

how do we get the clearest repeat?

Try one short phrase at a time, with the TV or music turned down. Speak clearly, then pause to let the hamster repeat before the next person takes a turn.

will it answer my child’s questions?

It repeats what it hears in a funny, higher-pitched voice rather than creating its own answers. Start with a name, a giggle or a silly phrase, then take turns seeing what it repeats.

is it easy for younger children to use?

It's simple to get started. Just switch the hamster on and speak to it—no apps, Bluetooth, or complicated setup needed.

do i need anything extra if i’m giving it as a gift?

You’ll need 3 AAA batteries, which are not included. Have an adult fit the batteries and give it a quick test before wrapping, so it’s ready for that first “hello.”

"I bought this for my 3 year old nephew and it was the hit of the birthday party. Even the adults were taking turns saying stupid things into it just to hear the high pitched voice repeat it back. It bops its head which makes it even funnier. The quality is actually pretty good and it feels soft. Just make sure you have aaa batteries ready because it doesn't come with them. definitely worth the laughs."
